Badges are made to order and ship in 3 to 5 days. If you are in a hurry, send us a message to let us know and we will see what we can do.

Shipping: 

Canada orders will ship Untracked via Oversized Lettermail, which generally takes 4-10 days to arrive. Please upgrade shipping at checkout if you prefer a faster, tracked option. 

US orders include tracking and generally take between 4-7 days to arrive. 

International orders ship via Canada Post Small Packet Air. This service is untracked, but the best option balancing cost and shipping time available. The delivery standard is between 7-12 days, but this can vary widely. Please plan to order 3-4 weeks before your big celebration day.

Because our badges are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of error or damage on our part. That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a solution.
