Yes! We are happy to create custom colour combinations from the range of colours we have available. Please see our listings for our fabric options, and send a message with your choices, or to figure something out together. We are also happy to customize your badge with any numbers or letters. If you are hoping for a number higher than 12, please send us a message. (For most letters and numbers there is a 2 character limit, but it depends on the combination).

We recommend spot cleaning only. Try dabbing gently with a stain remover pen or a little dish soap. If your badge is being used for room decoration, avoid displaying it in direct sunlight to prevent colours from fading.

All badges come with a card insert that includes space to add the recipient's name. We can handwrite a name on the card on your behalf! Let us know whose name to write by sending a note at checkout.

Canada orders will ship Untracked via Canada Post Oversized Lettermail, which generally takes 4-10 days to arrive. It is also possible to upgrade your shipping at checkout to either Canada Post Expedited or Xpresspost if you prefer a faster, tracked option. US orders ship via USPS, include tracking and generally take between 4-7 days to arrive. International orders are untracked; and ship via Canada Post Small Packet Air. The delivery standard for this method is between 7-12 days.
